Maylee brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare industry, along with certification as an A.S.M.A/LPN and a background working directly with patients and families during periods of significant change.

As a Patient Navigator in maternal health, she guided families through complex healthcare systems, coordinated care, and made sure no one felt lost in the process. Warm, steady, and genuinely attentive, Maylee brings that same approach to SilverHome Transitions, helping clients and their families move through transitions with clarity and confidence. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is proud to support families in the language they feel most comfortable speaking.
